A licensed Professional Home Inspector and Real Estate Investor
Josh Surley is the owner and lead inspector of Triple R Home Inspection. Josh is a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance. He spent the first 10 years of his professional career in the financial services and banking/lending industry. As a lending vice president, Josh gained experience in the home construction process as he specialized in residential construction lending. As a licensed Professional Home Inspector and a real estate investor himself, he has utilized that experience and has a unique perspective on the value of a home inspection from a financial and investment view point. Josh and his wife, Christi, are the proud parents of three children, Reagan, Ryan and Ruby, who are the inspiration for the business name.
